Came here on a Saturday morning and there was lots of seating available outside! Staff was attentive and service was quick. I ordered the smoked salmon toast. It was really filling and the bread it’s served on was thick and moist. I kind of wish it wasn’t served on that piece of paper because it felt weird cutting into the bread and slicing the paper. I kept thinking I was going to be eating paper. The menu isn’t huge but it has plenty of options that all sounded really good! I recommend stopping by.

Very polite and accommodating staff, food is healthy and very affordable. I had a tasty home-made chistorra sandwich with truffle. Since the vibe is so warm and comfortable we had a round of orange vermouth and a toast.
We received the recommendations from the bike rentals and we are so happy that we camed here. Is not far from Mercato Central, maybe 8-10 min walk, but is so worth it. The service, the food, the desert are amazing!

Finally great food in Valencia!!! I wondered into this restaurant with friends and was shocked that I had never heard of it before! The most gourmet food that I have found in Valencia since I moved here 3 years ago. Great food and great service. It gives me hope that Valencia's restaurant scene is maturing.
Such an excellent place in Valencia! Fresh and high-quality ingredients are guaranteed. I tried the bean hummus with falafel and their famous and brilliant burger with fried halloumi cheese. Absolutely felt in love with this place! We came for a brunch. I got eggs with a fresh homemade bread and tasty sausages. My girlfriend head one of the best Benedict eggs with pastrami which I ever tasted. We got surprised how can such an ordinary dish look and taste so good at the same time. We finished our feast with very tasty specialty coffee and divine homemade desserts. Whole experience was a culinary delight!!! Friendly and attentive staff add to the overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend for brunch or breakfast. Looking forward for the next time to try the tapas as I saw their wine selection is extensive and thoughtfully curated. I already know that this is going to be my favourite restaurant in Valencia’s city center.
We stopped in for lunch and ordered the croquetas a la paella, the Ruben and huevos rotos trufados. Everything was super tasty, the service was very attentive and friendly. A great option for something unique in Valencia. I’d definitely come back!

We enjoyed great brunch in the centre of Valencia. Perfect tapas, we tried "croquetas de queso", "carpaccio de sobrasada" and "El anchoíto oro doble". My heart is beating to anchoíto oro double - definitely you have to try it. Pastrami sandwich is love at first taste.
Bikini Mercat is a lovely place in the city center of Valencia, a few steps from the central market, however aside from the touristy area. Their emphasis on quality ingredients, presentation, and service is more than obvious, and very well executed. Bonus points for beautiful interior! It’s still hard to find such place around the city. This is full combo!
For those jonesing for good pastrami, I’d definitely recommend Bikini Mercat, located between Mercat Central and Estacio Nord. I just had this phenomenal pastrami & egg sandwich and was blown away. So good! Clean atmosphere and a very friendly staff.
